However, please give me at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will result in 50% of your scheduled appointment price that must be paid prior to re-booking!

No-Shows will result in 100% of your scheduled appointment price that must be paid prior to re-booking!

At Refined Aesthetics, I strive to provide a calm, relaxing, and professional environment for all of my clients. In order to maintain this atmosphere and out of consideration for the experience of other guests, our staff, and the safety of everyone in the clinic, I kindly ask that children do not accompany clients to their appointments.

I understand that childcare can be challenging at times; however, due to the nature of the services provided and the setting we aim to maintain, this policy is in place to ensure the highest quality of care and focus during each treatment session.
